Iowa State University '25, Computer Science
I'm a soon to be graduate of ISU's Class of 2025 and my passion is Computer Science.
Iowa State University
Below are some of my skills, and I'm always looking to learn more!
Java is the primary programming language taught at ISU giving me 4 years of solid projects and experience, 1 year of programming a robot with the Cardinal Space Mining Club, and a summer internship with Curries.
At ISU I've consistently done projects in Python and got a lot of exposure through my Data Science minor and AI classes I've taken. I also had a summer internship creating image prediction models with DSPG using Python.
I've taken a few C++ classes, and it quickly became my favorite language. I now TA for COMS 3210, which covers C and LEGv8, and the Cardinal Space Mining Club recently switched from Java to C++.
Part of the reason I picked up a Data Science minor was due to my interest in learning about AI. I have taken multiple classes targeting AI principles along with an internship building image predicting software with DSPG.
Multiple classes at ISU touched HTML and CSS for projects and I learned JavaScript at my internship with Curries doing fullstack development.
I learned about jQuery and Bootstrap at both of my summer internships to make pages more interactive.
